The MELT Education Series offer the most comprehensive information about the human body available in the health and fitness industry today. Sue Hitzmann has assimilated, integrated, and condensed the new science of the human body and then translated it into an applicable method that dramatically improves the body’s ability to maintain pelvic stability, core integrity, and connective tissue hydration throughout a lifetime.
This 55-hour certification program explores this groundbreaking science behind MELT and participants become experts in the application of the technique. These trainings will also broaden and ground your knowledge of movement and whole-body synergy, and shed light on what is missing in the current fitness models.
The MELT Education Series is comprised of these three distinct trainings, all of which qualify for ACE, AFAA, and NASM CECs:
• New Science of the Living Body: The MELT Living-body Model
• MELT Core
• Melt Length Teacher Training (level 1)
• The MELT Group Exercise Intensive
• Become a MELT Group Exercise Instructor
New Science of the Living Body: The MELT Living-body Model
upcoming workshops
(5-hour course)
Do your clients ever mention body tension or pain? Do you have pain? A recent survey of personal trainers and group exercise instructors found that over 88% experience chronic pain. In fact, 80% of all orthopedic injuries are sports or exercise induced. So why is the current fitness model creating so much injury, dysfunction, and chronic pain? Before now the answer was unknown. New research has revealed the root cause of pain in active peopleand it is not muscle imbalance, strength, or flexibilityit cannot be resolved with current exercise protocols.
