Class Descriptions
M.E.L.T. Strength: This 45-minute class focuses on movement patterns and exercises rebalance common issues in the hips and shoulders. This technique improves joint range and muscular timing rather than increasing muscle mass as a means of improving structural form, integrity, and longevity.

M.E.L.T. Length: Learn how to rehydrate your connective tissue in this unique 45-minute group exercise class. This technique will help you keep your joints in alignment, and keep you active and pain-free for a lifetime.

M.E.L.T. Core: This 30-minute group exercise class rebalances the reflexive and rooted core systems to help maintain a stable spine and improve postural alignment. This unique class improve timing and tone of your body so you can reduce the risk of injury and imbalance from exercise.

Rhythm Ride: Strengthen your body/mind connection by moving to the rhythm of the music. Improve your cardiovascular capacity, reduce body fat and burn calories with this fun indoor cycling class!

MELT for Kids and Teens with Special Needs
This class integrates the techniques of MELT Strength, Length, and Core with a child friendly style. By heightening body awareness, tone, and stability, kids and teens improve their balance, coordination, and ability to perform activities with greater ease and control.
